Hastings & Bexhill Rugby Club

Welcome to the U6's group page.

This group is for young people aged 4 and 5 (Reception and Year 1). It's an exciting time for them as they begin to learn the core values of rugby, teamwork and most importantly, having fun whilst doing it.

Sessions focus on activities and games which incorporate the fundamental skills for rugby. Ball handling, passing, using tags and creating friendships to name a few.

Our usual training time is 0930-11am at the Bexhill and Hastings RFC ground.
